Had a great time running at the BNP Trail Jam today. It was a tough 9 miler with technical trails but very fun!! The race is held in Brunswick Nature Park outside of Wilmington, NC.

I had a great time crewing this fun ultra run, Hallucination 2018 (February 2018). Chad Haffa and Eagle Endurance put on great races. I got to meet the great Lazarus Lake, the Obi Wan Kanobe of ultra running.
