We had a great time today at the 10-43 Adopt-A-Cop 5k! I got a new PR by almost one minute! It was great to see several of my LEO friends out there and especially glad to have my sweet wife there. This makes three PRs in the last 3 Saturdays for me! @honeystinger helps power me to those PRs! 🐝Thank you Jaime Southerland Ackley and all the others who made this race possible.
